We charge a sample fee to secure materials, cover printing/embroidery, and compensate designers. It usually ranges from 60 to 100 USD based on design complexity.
2. Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes, if your subsequent order value exceeds 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
3. How long does sample development take?
It generally takes 5-7 working days depending on the complexity of the design. Urgent requirements can be expedited to 3 days.
4. How is the quality of products controlled?
Our manufacturing team has extensive experience in plush toy production. In addition, our dedicated QC department inspects each finished toy one by one to ensure premium standards.
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our basic MOQ is 10 PCS. For customized wholesale orders, we can work with smaller test quantities (e.g., 50 to 100 PCS) to assist clients in launching new products.
6. What is the average lead time for mass production?
Standard delivery time is 25-45 days depending on the volume. Urgent orders can be completed within 10-30 days under special arrangements.
