2. Is the sample fee refundable when an order is placed?
Yes, if your order amount exceeds 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
3. How long does it take to prepare samples?
The standard sample lead time is 5-7 days depending on the specifications. If you require the samples urgently, they can be prepared within three days.
4. How do you control the quality of the products?
Our team has extensive experience in plush toy manufacturing. Our dedicated QC department inspects finished toys one by one to ensure top-tier quality before shipping.
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For returning customers, there is no MOQ constraint. For new professional buyers or specialty retailers, we can support trial orders starting at 500 or 1,000 pcs.
6. What is your standard delivery time?
Typically, delivery takes 25-45 days depending on the final order quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited to 10-30 days under special arrangements.
