A: Discounts are based on the order quantity. Smaller orders will have a higher unit price, whereas larger or rolling orders can help you get a bigger discount. Additionally, delivery times and materials will affect final pricing.
Q: How do you control the quality of the products?
A: Our manufacturing partner has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing plush toy products. All workers possess 10-20 years of experience in plush toy production. Our quality inspection team checks the finished products one by one to ensure premium quality.
Q: What should I do if I receive poor quality goods?
A: Please let us know the quantity of the defective items and send us photos. We will verify them individually and provide appropriate solutions, such as discounts, compensation, or re-production.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We do not enforce a strict MOQ. Quantities like 10, 50, 100, or 200 units are fully acceptable. We have a design office to support small batch requirements, as well as a large-scale 5,000 square meter factory setup for bulk production.
Q: What are the shipping and delivery times?
A: For in-stock items, delivery takes 5-10 days. Samples require 8-12 days, and mass production takes 30-45 days. Shipping generally takes 7-15 working days via express or air freight, and 25-35 working days via sea or rail. For urgent orders, 5-10 working days can be arranged under specific conditions.
