Q1: How long have you been in this area?

Q3: What kind of plush toys can you make?
A: We always do custom designs, OEM/ODM are also welcome.
Q4: Can you define the custom service?
A: It means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork/pictures...). We can add your logo on the toys, embroidered or printed as per your requirements, and we can customize the packaging based on your designs.
Q5: What are the sample terms?
A: We can provide samples based on costs: for simple designs, it is USD $100/pc, taking around 7 working days; for complicated designs, it will be USD $200 or more, depending on your designs. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches the MOQ.
Q6: How do you control your quality?
A: Quality control starts right from material purchasing. Before mass production, we assign two master craftsmen to finish pre-production samples. During mass production, supervisors monitor every procedure to ensure correct sewing. Once covers are ready, 6 skilled workers check them. After stuffing with PP cotton, 8 skilled workers shape the items and check quality. Before packing, 2-4 workers perform a final inspection.
