We don't offer individual sample sales through our site—we focus on custom bulk orders for businesses like yours.
Absolutely. All our products are certified by SGS and BV, and fully comply with global safety standards (EN-71, RoHS, ASTM). They're made with eco-friendly materials, free of lead and phthalates.
The products on our site are just examples—we specialize in custom designs! Send us a sketch, reference image, or brand artwork, and we'll turn it into a unique plush product tailored to your needs.
For standard designs (under 70cm, basic soft/plush materials), samples cost $100–$300. If your design includes electronics or special accessories, we'll quote an exact price. Turnaround: ~5–8 business days for a first sample; each revision takes 3–5 business days.
For long-term partners, we waive sample costs. For first-time clients: if your final order hits 3,000+ units and the sample fee was $300 or less, we'll refund the full sample cost.
