What are the trade terms and loading ports?
We accept FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. The primary loading ports are Ningbo or Shanghai.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
What are the sampling and delivery lead times?
The sampling lead time is 7-14 days. For standard brand stock orders, the delivery time is 7-10 days. For ODM/OEM orders, the delivery time is 45-55 days.
What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee the products received are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos by email, and we will send replacements according to actual conditions. Products have been insured worldwide.
How are designs and intellectual property rights protected?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your unique designs and guarantee they will not be sold to others. For large orders, we also agree to sign exclusive production agreements for your company.
Are materials environmentally friendly? Can you supply FSC certified items?
Yes, professional and certified materials have been used since 2008. Every month we send special batch paint for SGS testing, and we maintain our own product safety labs. We comply with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable and eco-friendly approach, which is available at an 8% higher cost than standard options.
