Yes, we do. We need to pay the design team's salary and cover all costs related to the sample, including materials, printing, embroidery, and modeling.

Normally, the sample charge is $80~$150 USD/design (for sizes ≤ 40cm. Freight charge is additional). Two pieces of your sample can be provided. If there are several designs, we will offer a reasonable discount accordingly.

We will fully refund the sample fee when the first order quantity reaches 5,000 PCS per design.

Samples usually take about 3-5 working days, but this may vary depending on the number of styles and complexity. If your samples require extensive printing, complex embroideries, or other special requirements, it may take longer.

Normally, the MOQ is 2,000 PCS per design. For new clients, we can also accept 1,000 PCS per design for trial orders.

The estimated mass production lead times are as follows:

• 20,000 PCS: 45 days.
• 20,000 - 50,000 PCS: 60 days.
• 50,000 - 100,000 PCS: 70 days.
• For quantities greater than 100,000 PCS, partial shipment is suggested.

Packaging: Our standard packaging consists of 1 PC/PE bag, layered in a 5-ply corrugated carton (AA quality level), lined with a waterproof PE bag. Customizable packaging options include PE/OPP bags, color gift boxes (with or without windows), PVC boxes, and cardboard boxes.

Shipping: We support sea shipping, air shipping, express delivery (DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc.), and train transport for inland countries. We normally use the Shanghai port as it is closest to us. You may appoint your own forwarding company, arranging contact 10-15 days before delivery (or 15-25 days prior to Chinese New Year holiday).
