What kind of plush toys can you make?
We always do custom designs, and OEM/ODM projects are highly welcome.
How do you define custom?
It means we can develop plush toys based on your designs (artwork, pictures, etc.). We can add your logo to the toys (embroidered or printed) and customize the packaging according to your specific requirements.
Can you clarify the sample policy?
We can provide samples. Simple designs typically cost around US$100 each and take approximately 7 working days. More complicated designs may cost US$200 or more depending on the design. All sample costs are fully refundable after your order matches the MOQ.
If we have many types but each with small quantities, can you start with us?
Yes, we can try to accommodate this if you accept the higher unit costs associated with small setups. As you know, small orders are harder to handle, which adds extra cost.
How do you control your quality?
From the start of material purchasing, we have strict quality controls. Before mass production, we assign two masters to complete pre-production samples. During mass production, they monitor every step to ensure correct sewing. Once covers are finished, 6 skilled workers check the sewing. After stuffing with PP cotton, 8 workers shape the toys and check quality again. Before packing, 2-4 workers perform a final check.
What about the shipment?
We support FOB, CIF, DDU, and Express terms. You can use our agent or your own forwarder. Shipping can be done by sea (taking around 30-40 days), by air (taking 5-7 days), or by express courier (taking around 5 days).
