It means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork, pictures, etc.). We can add your logo on the toys, either embroidered or printed as per your requirements, and we can customize the packaging based on your designs.
We can provide samples based on costs. For a simple design, it is normally US$100/pc, taking around 7 working days. For a complicated design, it will be US$200 or more, depending on your specifications. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches the MOQ.
Yes, we can try, provided you accept the higher unit costs. As this is harder to handle, some extra costs will surely be added.
From the start of material purchasing, we have our first quality control. Before mass production, we assign two masters to finish the pre-production samples. During mass production, they keep an eye on every procedure to ensure correct sewing. Once the covers are finished, 6 skilled workers check them. After PP cotton stuffing, 8 skilled workers shape them and check quality again. Before packing, 2-4 skilled workers perform a final check.
We do FOB, CIF, DDU, and express trade terms. Shipping can be by sea (taking around 30-40 days to your port), by air (taking 5-7 days to your airport), or by express (taking around 5 days to your address).
