Why do you charge samples fee and how much is it?
We need to order materials for your customized designs, and pay for printing, embroidery, and designer development time. The sample fee usually ranges from 60 to 100 USD depending on the complexity of the design, embroideries, or printings. Once paid, we take full responsibility for adjusting the sample until you approve it.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes, if your order amount exceeds 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
What is the delivery time for samples?
It generally takes 5-7 working days depending on the sample structure. If you need it urgently, the development time can be expedited to within three days.
How is the product quality controlled?
Our skilled workers have extensive experience in manufacturing plush toys. Our dedicated QC department checks every finished toy individually to guarantee high quality before shipment.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For existing customers, we do not set a strict MOQ. For new professional buyers or companies specializing in plush toys, we can accommodate smaller trial orders of 500 or 1,000 pieces to help build our cooperation.
What is the average production lead time?
The standard production lead time is 25-45 days depending on the final order quantity. Urgent orders are acceptable and can be completed within 10-30 days with corresponding rush fees.
