A: We specialize in custom designs, and OEM/ODM are always welcome.
A: It means we can develop the plush toys based on your designs (artworks, pictures, etc.). We can add your logo to the toys (embroidered or printed) and customize the packaging according to your requirements.
A: We can provide samples. Simple designs are typically US$100/pc (taking around 7 working days), while complicated designs are US$200 or more depending on complexity. All sample costs are fully refundable after your order matches the MOQ.
A: Quality control starts at material purchasing. Before mass production, we create pre-production samples. During production, experts monitor every step of the sewing process. Post-stuffing, dedicated workers shape the toys and check quality again, with a final inspection phase before packing into cartons.
A: We offer FOB, CIF, DDU, and Express trade terms. Shipments can be sent by sea (30-40 days to your port), by air (5-7 days to your airport), or by express (approx. 5 days to your address).
