When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please state it clearly in your inquiry.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We'll provide a sample after you pay the sample charge to us. The cost depends on your samples, usually USD 50-200 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
Usually 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge & design file.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our producing capacity is 100,000pcs/month. Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.
What's your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, or Western Union, 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before loading.
Do you support adding private labels and tags?
