You only need to provide your design to our professional customer service team. They will offer expert suggestions on materials and techniques, and guide you through the entire customization process.

You don’t need to worry about shipping at all. For sample orders, we provide free shipping. For bulk production, we will arrange reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions, ensuring your goods are delivered right to your doorstep.

By default, each toy is individually packed in an OPP bag. If you need custom packaging, we will provide tailored packaging solutions according to your requirements.

Samples are usually completed within 7–10 working days. Bulk production takes about 20–30 days, depending on the quantity. Shipping time depends on your country. If you provide your address, our team will check and confirm the estimated delivery time for you.

If any quality issues occur, we will take full responsibility. This may include sending replacements, accepting returns, or issuing refunds for defective items. However, thanks to our strict quality control system—with two rounds of individual inspection—you will rarely encounter such problems.
