Our custom services allow us to develop custom plush toys according to your artwork, sketches, or reference pictures. We can embroider or print your logo directly onto the product and customize the packaging options.

How does the sample process work and what are the costs?
We create samples based on prototype costs. Simple designs usually cost around US$100 per piece and take about 7 working days. Complicated designs are US$200 or more depending on requirements. All sample costs are fully refundable after your formal bulk order meets our MOQ.

How do you handle quality control for production?
Quality checking starts right from raw materials purchasing. Prior to mass production, our masters make pre-production samples. Throughout assembly, supervisor teams check every sewing line. Finished shells are inspected by 6 workers, and 8 workers shape products post-stuffing. Finally, 2-4 workers perform a last inspection before carton packing.

What shipment options are available and how long do they take?
We support FOB, CIF, DDU, and Express delivery terms. Shipments can go by sea (approx. 30-40 days to your port), by air (approx. 5-7 days to your airport), or via Express service (approx. 5 days to your address).
