What kind of plush toys can you make?

We always do custom designs, and OEM/ODM projects are also welcome.

Can you define the custom service details?

This means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork, pictures, etc.), add your logo on the toys (embroidered or printed as per your requirements), and create custom packaging based on your designs.

Could you clarify the sample policy?

We can provide samples based on complexity. Simple designs typically cost around US$100/pc and take about 7 working days. More complicated designs will cost US$200 or more depending on the details. All sample costs are fully refundable after your bulk order matches the MOQ.

If we have many types, but each with a small quantity, can we start with you?

Yes, we can try to accommodate your request, provided you can accept the higher unit costs. As you know, smaller quantities are harder to process and extra costs will be added.

How do you control your product quality?

Our quality control starts from material purchasing. Before mass production, we assign two masters to finish the pre-production samples. During production, they closely monitor every step to ensure correct sewing. Once the covers are completed, 6 skilled workers check them. After the PP cotton is stuffed, 8 skilled workers shape the toys and check quality again. Before packing, another 2-4 workers perform the final inspection.

What shipping terms and methods do you offer?

We offer FOB, CIF, DDU, and express trade terms. Shipping can be arranged by sea (taking about 30-40 days to your port), by air (taking 5-7 days to your airport), or by express courier (taking around 5 days to your address).
