What’s the MOQ?
We can support orders starting from one product for Ready-To-Ship (RTS) items, and a minimum of 500pcs for customized orders.
Can I get a sample before placing a purchase order?
Yes, we offer samples for most products. Just provide your address and we will quote the shipping and sample cost. Samples are typically delivered within seven business days (depending on address) and the sample fee is usually refundable if you decide to place the official order later.
What’s the lead time?
It usually takes 20-45 days for the factory to manufacture the product. However, lead times vary depending on the order quantity and the specific time of purchasing.
Is the material eco-friendly?
Yes, all of our products are made and printed using eco-friendly materials.
What is the factory's monthly production capacity?
Our facility has a robust production capacity of up to 1,000,000 Pcs per month to support bulk requirements.
What quality and safety testing measures are in place?
We employ multiple safety test systems, including 2 sets of Needle Detectors, Tension Meters, Small Object Testers, Torsion testers, and specialized Light Boxes to ensure total compliance with international safety standards.
