Plush toys are hand-crafted items, and there will be size, weight, and shape errors (about 8%) from sample to mass production. Due to the features of plush toys, products will deform when vacuumed or compressed (which saves freight costs) and will slowly return to their original shape over time. The 8% error range covers appearance variations but is not limited to damage.
Yes, we work on both ODM and OEM orders. This means we can customize your logo, label, barcode, design pattern, product style, and packaging according to your specific requests.
The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material, and specifications. Sample charges will be fully returned to you after placing an official order.
Plush toys are handcrafted products. There may be a small variance (about 5%-8%) in size, weight, and shape between the initial samples and mass production. Additionally, products will deform when vacuumed or compressed for shipping, but they will slowly return to their original shape over time.
We require a 30% T/T deposit in advance. Products that are currently in stock are shipped within 7 days. For large quantity orders, the processing time will take approximately 20 days.
Online shipping rates can sometimes display higher than actual costs. We work with specialized shipping agents to provide more economical shipping services. Additionally, ordering multiple items to ship together in larger quantities will lower both the express charge and overall unit cost in most cases.
